Maximum Ability LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Max Ability (the “App”). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

Form Information
The website inquiry form collects your email and IP address when submitting a form, along with any information included in the textfields. The information is stored in the WordPress database and sent to Maximum Ability’s site administrator.
Information submitted via our website inquiry form (Name, Email, Message) is used solely to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Media
When you upload images, they are stored securely via Firebase Storage. We do not use these images for any purpose other than providing the App’s services to you. They are only shared with your permission via inviting another Support Team Member for the Individual.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Information we collect
- Personal Information
- To ensure the uniqueness of user profiles, the App collects their birthdate. This information helps us create a unique identifier for the account. We also collect the birthdate of individuals supported to provide core App functionality and personalized care insights. This user provided content is not shared with anyone other than invited Support Team Members and database administrators.
- To authenticate users, provide multi-factor authentication, and allow the sharing of information between users only at their discretion the App collects their email address.
- If you choose to authenticate using a Google Account, we receive your email address and basic profile information as permitted by your Google privacy settings.
2. Automatically collected information
- Device Information: The App collects hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: The App collects information on how you interact with the app features for the purpose of app optimization.
3. Location Data
- The App allows you to tag your location. We collect precise location data (latitude and longitude) to analyze the correlation between location and behaviors. This data is only collected when you explicitly choose to tag a location.
How we use your information
1. Personal Information
- Birthdate: We use your birthdate to ensure uniqueness of user accounts and to enhance your experience with the App.
- Email Address: We use your email address to confirm your identity, send you important notifications related to your account or the App’s functionality, and to allow the linking of accounts when sharing services. You can choose to opt-out of non-essential communications.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We will only share your personal information (birthdate and email address) with third parties if you have explicitly given us your consent to do so.
We use Firebase for authentication, data storage (Cloud Firestore), and image storage (Firebase Storage). Your data is processed on Google’s secure servers.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Data deletion
Users may request the deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting us at support@maxabllc.com or by using the ‘Delete Account’ feature within the App settings.
Where your data is sent
The App utilizes Firebase, Google Play Services and Apple App Store.
